Retrain Your Brain for Confidence
Learning how to retrain your brain for confidence can be either extremely difficult or very easy. This statement may surprise some people. Too often we assume that changing aspects of our personality or life must be inherently difficult. This is what's known as a "paradigm."
A paradigm is a belief that we take for granted, whether we have facts to support it or not. For example, 500 years ago there was a paradigm held by nearly 100% of the population of the planet that the earth was flat. It was such a commonly held assumption, that people did not even think about it -- they simply "knew" that the world was flat and never gave it a second thought.
This is the difference between a belief and a paradigm. We may question beliefs from time to time, but we NEVER question our paradigms. They are our fundamental assumptions about reality that go unquestioned, and usually unnoticed.
But in order to retrain your brain for powerful confidence and success in life, you will need to do the unthinkable: you must question your paradigms, your underlying assumptions about who you are. While this may sound like a difficult and extremely lengthy process, fortunately, there is a shortcut for changing your paradigms and building greater confidence: your subconscious mind.
Confidence and the winner's mindset are the domain of the subconscious mind -- the thoughts and deeply held beliefs that we are normally unaware of. This part of our mind deals only with very basic concepts, such as good, bad, yes, no, strong, weak, big, little, etc. The subconscious mind does NOT understand complicated or abstract ideas. Research has consistently shown that the subconscious responds to very basic commands, language structures and symbolism.
This means that in order to build greater confidence, you must effectively retrain your subconscious mind, not the conscious or intellectual part of your personality. The easiest way to do this is to repetitively expose your subconscious to a variety of basic commands and symbols that suggest increased confidence.
The UltraConfidence system takes advantage of the simple nature of the human subconscious by presenting a rapid succession of powerful symbols and commands that are designed to maximize your confidence levels, and at the same time, weaken the critical "inner voice" that can sometimes sabotage our efforts to gain greater self-esteem.
This type of "one-two punch" has proven extremely effective on a wide variety of individuals. The retraining process used by the UltraConfidence system has been tested on men and women from a variety of different cultures around the world. This research has shown that anyone repetitively exposed to the video, audio and symbolic suggestions in the program will develop a stronger inner sense of "self," or as it is commonly called, confidence.
Using subliminal and peripheral programming to retrain your brain has the advantage of being a much quicker than traditional confidence building programs. There is simply no need to work hard or struggle to gain confidence. In fact, doing so is usually unproductive.
By simply "going through the motions" using a reprogramming system such as UltraConfidence, you can retrain your brain without even realizing what you are doing. The effects are real (and often amazing). Check out ultra confidence for yourself, and you'll quickly see that you do have the power to retrain your brain for incredible confidence.
